Those impulses have changed my life.


Inner work doesn’t always need to be complicated, expensive or hyped to be effective. It’s in the simplicity that drives transformation. It’s in the realisation and quiet moment you can spot that pattern


I want to inspire you to live a more joyful and creative life.


Common problems

we avoid our feelings and thoughts

We ignore red flags and challenges

We wait for change on the outside

we blame another one or would rather find someone on the outside

we play the victim

we distract ourselves or disconnect from emotions
