The introverts
For conscious introverts learning to embrace who they are.
For those who feel deeply, think deeply and sometimes struggle to take up space — yet are ready to discover the courage to live more authentically.
3 things introverts can struggle with
- Being themselves
- Expressing what they truly like
- Doing what they feel like doing
If you recognize yourself in any of these, I share what helped me stop seeing my introversion as something I needed to fix and start seeing it as something I could understand, accept, and work with.
Introversion isn't a weakness. And confidence isn't something you either have or don't have — it can be trained. You don't need to become the loudest person in the room. You just need to dare to be yourself.

Are you always introverted or are you sometimes scared of being yourself?
I used to be quiet. Very quiet. And yes, there were times it was because of fear. But sometimes it's just who I am. What helped me change?
There is nothing wrong with needing solitude, depth, or quiet. But sometimes what looks like introversion can also become a place of protection. This is for those ready to discover the difference — and find the courage to be seen without abandoning who they are.
In this video I share more about the fine line between needing time for yourself and fearing social interactions or being yourself because you may feel judged.
I share 3 steps that helped me become even more like myself and not let the fact being an introvert overshadow my fear of being my true self.
Don't become less introverted. Become less afraid of being yourself.
Maybe there's nothing wrong with you. But the question to change something is what makes you feel as if there was something wrong.

25 things only introverts understand - to make you smile :-)
The awkared moments.
What are your no-go's or awkward/funny situations or statements you experienced as an introvert that only other introverts would understand?
Here are some of mine.
✨ "Why are you so quiet?"
What a question! Have I ever asked you "Why are you so loud?" Ask me how my weekend was and I may feel better opening up.
✨ "You're mysterious"
Yes, babe. That's a compliment. People always studied mysticism, and never got the hang of it. My internal world feels rich and deep like an ocean, not everyone can go as deep.
✨ "You don't talk much"
You are very talkative on that day with a new person, sharing more than usual. Then after a while, the other person says, "You don't talk much." And you just think to yourself: "Oh, funny, today I talked a lot for my standards!" lol

How to Find Your Own Path and Follow Your Soul
What if you don't need to become more like everyone else to create the life you dream of? For many introverts, following your dreams can come with a hidden struggle. You may have learned to adapt, stay quiet, avoid taking up too much space, or follow paths that feel “safe” rather than paths that genuinely inspire you.
But your sensitivity, need for solitude, and quieter way of experiencing the world don't have to stand between you and your dreams.
Your task isn't to become someone you're not. It's to discover what kind of life allows you to be fully yourself.
In this webinar, you'll explore practical ways to understand your own path, reconnect with what you truly want, and begin creating a life that feels aligned with who you are—not with who society expects you to be.
