A day in your dream life - 50 journal impulses to design your dream life
A couple of years ago, I came across a lady, who said she visualized her ideal life and later created it. I felt curious and deeply inspired. I tried it out and went into more detail; I started journaling about it and adding my questions, ideas, and impulses. I played around with it and went into a “daydreaming” state. I went into every life category and broadened the exercise. I made my own journal, where I gathered images, notes, and any dreams or desires that arose over time.
A couple of years later, I stumbled across my notes. Today I am living what I once imagined. I was pretty surprised. I had never considered that possible. Magic? Not really. It's tapping into your dreams and desires; it's what happens when you allow yourself to follow your internal desires over the logical, mind-oriented actions and choices. This exercise can be applied again, as inner desires can vary, change, and broaden with more life experiences, which means that revisiting these exercises periodically can help individuals align their actions with their evolving aspirations.
Now, a while ago, I was guided to share the journal questions, just like I once started it, so you can create the life that you truly desire.
Too often we focus on the material possessions when we start manifesting, and then we wonder why the money doesn't come or the assets don't show up. But it's much more than just money; it's a way of life. It's living your deepest desires that already linger deep within you. Manifesting is not just about waiting for things to change; it's about consciously creating the life that truly suits you.
Sometimes it's not money we crave. It's the freedom, the joy, the fun and the fulfillment. Money is just a tool. But becoming aware of our desires makes us aware of what it is we want.
It starts with becoming aware of what we deeply desire; such knowledge often surprises the mind. Heart's desires are not always logical. Dreams can feel scary. The more we tap into our true desires, the more joy and fulfillment we can later experience. Overall, it's not just about money; it's about living in alignment with who you are, which will make you a magnet for experiences, people, and new encounters of any kind. This exercise is not tied to any age nor to any previous experience.
No matter where you stand, you can always adapt this exercise. The journal prompts are ideal if you are currently stuck in a boring routine, long for more joy, or want to take time to reflect on what you truly desire.
Please note the visuals used in this journal are for illustrative purposes only. They are intended to stimulate your creativity and fill your mood with positive feelings. They are inspiration only and shall inspire you to find your own style, your own desires. So if the images don't suit your lifestyle, preferences, or taste, choose different ones. A fulfilled life looks different to every one of us.
Take a journal or a piece of paper or your phone and go through the 50 journal prompts. Write down your answers, let them arise naturally.
