Schattenarbeit ist wie App!

Downloads.... was???

Shadow work is a bit like deleting old apps you no longer need. They’ve served a purpose. You’ve played with them. Had experiences with them.

But now you’re ready for a new experience.

Firstly we need to make room. And then we need to allow the new to settle.

It’s a bit like downloading the new app.

This comes as an idea from your intuition in any shape or form. But if you don’t act like it, guess what, you either activate the old ones again… or you’re a bit confused.

So both stages are important. Releasing and allowing new impulses to unfold.

And sometimes it starts with a single idea. Just like when you’re introduced to a new app you didn’t even know existed. Fear can arise. Doubt can arise. Your system doesn’t know it. So trust. Let it settle.

It’s normal that you can’t play with it confidently straight away. You need to familiarise with the new.

So if you have a new idea, a new project, a business idea or whatever it is, allow time to let it unfold. Be curious.

Those new apps are your potentials.

And yet don’t ignore new impulses.

Don’t let them be in the “cloud”. We need to activate them. We activate them by taking action. For me personally there couldn’t be a better description of how the universe and the intuition really works.

You get the idea, you need some time to download, and then you play with it.

I’ve seen both types of people and I’ve been there myself. There are the ones who keep deleting which is good. But then somehow they remain stuck in the old.

Or they rely on other healers to delete old stuff e.g. in an energy transmission but it appears as if they can’t navigate their phone and the new apps.

They don’t really learn to navigate the new apps, figuratively speaking.

There are others who keep trying new apps but forgot to delete the old software aka the old limiting beliefs, trauma, old data stored in the subconscious mind.

So what I noticed that everyone has their own rhythm and way of navigating the apps, the cloud, the phone aka life.

Sometimes and this is just my personal experience it can be really helpful to ask someone to help us spot old data that hinder our potentials.

But sometimes it’s as important to simply trust. And figure it out yourself.

Then you see “oh there’s an old file. Gone.”

“Oh there’s the new”

Sometimes coming to an energy healer who deletes all the apps can feel a bit like going to an IT guy deleting all the malicious files. Without a doubt it can help you gain in speed yet you a) may have no idea how to navigate now b) don’t know what’s caused it in the first place

It can feel confusing. At first it’s great. The phone aka life feels so light again but it may only be of short term.

So while there’s no right or wrong I realised a mix can be perfect. Have techniques and learn to navigate your life, your intuition and if you feel you need some support get an energy healing or activation if you feel guided to.

Yet, it’s important to note that we cannot always delete and heal, it’s as if we’re busy deleting old apps all the time. We are here to play, enjoy, and then delete what’s in the way from playing and enjoying.

Some people spend years on healing and pushing to be free but that’s not really the sense of using a mobile phone aka what life is for. At least that’s my personal opinion. Yet, you get to choose what it means to you.

I’m simply pointing out things so you can see where you may feel “stuck”. While we’re never stuck it can at least feel like we are stuck.

Becoming dependent on a healer for activations is like becoming dependent on an IT guy deleting apps for you.

But in the end you’re here to learn your own navigation. In the end, while apps may all look a bit different and there’s millions of apps, it’s the same with life. Our ideas, projects and potentials all look a bit different, some more similar than others but in the end our life is like the app. It only works with electricity. We need to charge it. The download is a similar process. That’s why we can inspire each other. Because what electricity is to a phone is energy to us. We co-create with energy. In the form of thoughts, emotions, beliefs. Each thought carries an energy vibration which co-creates our experience.

How do you activate the new? It can be different. Soemtiems it can come as a spontaneous download, literally, such as a random idea of writing a book. That’s like the new app. Sometimes it just means we follow our passion and see how it unfolds. It’s not always about that one big idea.

Of course, it depends on our energy vibration. If you have a phone full of old apps and are not even aware of them it’s hard to install the new. However, if you tidy up step by step, you can activate, enjoy, delete. Activate, enjoy, delete. It’s an ongoing process. Because let’s be honest.

Imagine we would still be playing with the apps we played with when we were 14, it would be boring. So just like we would drop an old game, not because it was bad but because it no longer excites us.

And this really shows the art of letting go.

It’s not that you can delete it forever. I mean let’s be honest. The experience remains. We may always remember. But we don’t attach to it. We keep the experience but choose a new one without becoming attached to one particular game. Don’t ever become attached to material possessions, a job, a house. It can hold you back from experiencing new things.

Other times we need to become aware that we cannot always control the apps.

Of course we can play around. But you cannot go like “oh Mike plays with the app of 7 pigs, I want that app too.”

And in truth that app isnt as enjoyable as it is for Mike.

And that’s where trust comes in. Trust that our higher self, a higher power within us, knows what’s best for us.

Imagine there’s an inner guidance that exactly knows what you love. That will guide you to the apps that bring you amazing experiences. But of course in the end you choose. And sometimes we choose an app recommended by others but it’s not really our thing. That can be a learning lesson too.

To always trust yourself, not others. Be inspired by others, but not dependent on other people’s advice.

Because you never know, you may have a similar phone but different a capacity, personal preferences or simply it doesn’t fit.

It’s a bit like when I say “get Telegram instead of WhatsApp” well you choose. And you exactly know what you feel drawn towards. And that’s a reminder too that other people will always choose exactly what they wish to choose even if you would never choose it. And it’s a reminder to allow them to do so, just like they allow us to play.

And sometimes it happens we get a malicious app, let’s say we get a porn app because it seems fun but it’s full of malicious data, and the consequences is huge. We may get an IT guy and many hours of deleting. So that’s why it’s important to be mindful. Every action has a consequence. Not in the sense of punishment or reward, but a consequence of your behaviour.

But that can be an experience too. Once you’ve had a massive virus on your phone, you learn the lesson. So don’t condemn the “bad experiences” or “bad choices” in life. They are a bit like the experience of a porn app, that’s full of malicious data. They can be fun. Or at least they can provide a learning lesson. We always choose what it means to us.

There may be others who condemn the app, the IT guy but in truth, it’s always you. Just like you may download something unconsciously, it was your choice in one way or another. That’s why awareness is so important.

Become aware what you do in life. Not scared. Not over protective. But simply aware. That’s the fastest way to spot any malicious data and to see what you actually want to experience.

So now I ask you… is it time for a reset? How’s the status quo? Would you expeience more fun aka explore your potentials?

Do you feel something heavy weighs you down? Have you been ignoring new downloads aka ideas from your intuition lately?

If yes then, now you can use this description to understand what it is. And just like an IT guy you can get to explore your own apps too!

Explore yourself. Look what’s holding you back. When I speak of malicious files of course it’s not malicious as in bad. It has its existence too.

Those things are your fears, trauma, limiting beliefs. We are just using that terminology to understand better how the subconscious works.

Previous lifes

We can also reactive old data. Let’s say the data is in the cloud. It’s not really active.

Some people reactivate gifts from previous lifetimes which indeed can be great. You’ve had an experience and you can access that wisdom, that technology, those learning lessons you gained.

But let’s remember we are not here to repeat the past.

We can reactivate past gifts but we are now here to build something new.

Let’s say in a previous lifetime you were an architect, then use those gifts of structuring, conceptualising but bring it to the present moment.

We are not here to build another ancient Egypt. We are here to build something new. Of course it can have similarities and yet we don’t have to remember every single detail from our past to be able to live our life.

If you cannot access previous lifetimes then it’s not because you’re not capable to. It means your consciousness is not at that level yet.

It’s a but like an IT guy that hasn’t figured it out yet or come across a function yet.

If you want to reactive your cloud or do something on your phone it can take a while to figure out how to do it, not because it’s not possible.

In my experience previous lifetimes are made known to us if they have an impact on this lifetime. E.g. you were a cook and in this lifetime you feel drawn to cooking too.

You don’t need to repeat the recipes from that lifetime but the skill. That’s why some people feel naturally drawn towards certain passions or can master them pretty well.

There may be other skills we are not familiar with and here lies the growth. Our souls want to evolve. They don’t want to repeat the same thing all over, there’s always a different component or perspective or lesson to be learned. That’s how we evolve.

Soemtimes you can evolve by combining different gifts. E.g, the gift of healing and teaching. Or in other cases, maybe in a previous lifetime you were trained to be a healer and had many lifetimes were you were a student and in this lifetime you feel drawn to be a leader. So it’s a similar topic but you play a different role. There’s so many different possibilities and variables just like in math calculations that we cannot generalise.

I just mentioned some which I’ve observe in my life from my own memories of previous lifes and how they impact my life today.

Sometimes previous lifetimes reveal to you to understand the learning lesson. E.g. you may have been the victim and in a past lifetime you were the Täter and now it allows you different perspectives and your “past versions of you from those past lifetimes can evolve.

Because let’s remember we may think in terms of past-present - future, but in truth the universe functions more like a computer. A computer doesn’t care when you downloaded the app. Whether it was 2 days, 5 months or 10 years ago. It will run in the background. And that’s why it can be beneficial to be aware of previous lifetimes. Not that we need to know them in detail but rather to know that some of our limiting beliefs and trauma was created in another lifetime.

It’s a bit like when you get a new phone aka a new body. Your data is stored in the cloud. Most likely your phone isn’t empty. You come here with the existing data.

So most of us don’t start anew. It depends on how much experience and incarnations you had as a soul.

While it doesn’t matter where that limiting. Belief come from, when it was created we need to be aware that we can hold certain limitations. This is especially interesting when you have fears or certain patterns where you have no experience or idea where they come from. They can be old data from a previous lifetime running in the background.

And this shows that there’s no real time. It’s all happening in the here and now.

To your mind it may appear you created the app / file 10 years ago.

But to your phone it’s all the here and the now. It always depends from which perspective we see it from.

And that’s why it’s important to always look what’s on your phone aka your life , your subconcisous mind .

Otherwise it’s runs on autopilot.

And then we may have experiences we don’t want to have.

You cannot blame the It guy or the shop for your bad phone, it’s the software you need to look at.
