What does it mean to “act consciously”?
Acting consciously can lead you to more happiness, joy and fulfillment

Many of us live their lifes unconsciously. They get up, go
to work, pay their pills and go to sleep. That may be exaggerated but
nevertheless, there are still a lot of people who never really doubt anything
or ask themselves deeper questions about life.
They do what they are told to do because quite honestly, the majority of us was raised to follow the rules and live life a certain way so we assumed that this is the way it is. But nothing could be further away from the truth. Often we were conditioned to believe things that are not true at all. E.g. following a job we don’t like, the fact that life is hard, the fact that we have no power and control and are little to name a few.
Acting unconsciously means we believe we are victims to circumstances, situations and people. This victim consciousness leaves us in a low vibration.
Acting consciously means that everything you do, say or think is in full awareness. You are aware of it. E.g. today if you eat a pizza you might not think about why you eat it. You just eat it. When you eat consciously, you may wish to tune in with your feeling and your intuition before and ask yourself, do I really want to eat this pizza? Does it serve me? And even if you eat it observe how it makes you feel. Does it make you feel uplifted or rather tired and dull? And then you would ask yourself, why do I eat something that makes me feel tired and dull in the first place? You might want to take the conscious decision to stop eating pizza if it does not make you feel good. Just as an example. I am not saying to never eat pizza. It is your decision.
Every little action has a consequence, it is the principle of cause and effect. So when you act consciously, it means you consider the effect and in a way you can influence the effect it has and as a result you can form the reality you experience.
Becoming conscious is paramount to a happy life. Becoming conscious is vital to realising our inner desires and dreams. Otherwise, we might act in a way that is not serving us or leading us where we want to go as most of our decisions are so unconscious.
So you can start in your daily life. Ask yourself when you buy food orclothes. Do I really want to buy this? Do I really need this?
The more people become aware, the more conscious our actions get in our individual lifes and our individual choices have an impact on the collective too.
If we are honest with ourselves, not all things that we buy and consume are necessarily what we need or good for us. We may buy them because we heard they are "in", or another one consumes it. Not because we truly feel like buying it.
We end up cluttering our lifes with things we do not even need and stuffing our bodies with substances that might not even be good for us.
Becoming conscious has many benefits, it can lead you to a lot more happiness and accelerate your manifestations as you stay away from things and decisions that no longer serve you. It is in your hands.
