When your life crumbles

When your life seems to fall apart and nothing fits anymore
Have you recently felt a change within and around you? Do you feel your current activities or even job that used to bring you joy no longer excites you? Do you feel confused or even anxious about the future? Don’t worry. I’ve got you.
Most likely you’re going through a spiritual awakening. And don’t worry. It’s not something woo-woo. It just means you’re waking up from a lot of illusions. What does it mean? The illusion to be someone you’re not or do something you don’t like. To feel trapped in a system. You suddenly realise you’re so much more than that. You’re not a victim, you are the creator of your reality.

The illusion to be someone you’re not or do something you don’t like. To feel trapped in a system. You suddenly realise you’re so much more than that. You’re not a victim, you are the creator of your reality.
When we experience a spiritual awakening it can be normal that our ‘old reality’ crumbles. Because we are ready to evolve. We are here to make experiences and learn from them. We are here to embody new aspects of ourselves and become a better version of ourselves each day.
We cannot do that by remaining the same each day. So see the crumbling as an invitation to embrace change. A newer or higher version of you is ready to be embodied. With every transformation comes a letting go of something old. But not everything has to change. Only the things that no longer align with who we really are and choose to be.
Most of our lives we live unconsciously. Only when we move into a state where we become conscious of our own actions and life that is when we can shift and later start experiencing much more joy.
So don’t be scared of change. If things are falling apart, maybe things are falling together for the first time. Maybe what’s yet to come is far better than you could imagine. So stay open and surrender to the flow of life. You’re safe. And you’re always guided and supported internally even if it does not always appear so.
Our human minds can be loud and be really doubtful about all of that. But it’s real. You’re not making it up, so try and enjoy the ride! The more lightly we take, the more we can move through it with ease.
Take time to calm your mind and center yourself in your heart space. The heart knows no fear, only the mind does.

I will talk more about shadow work and how to move through this in my next blog article.
