How wars can trigger our shadows on a subconscious level

The inner alchemy in times of global conflict

Over the past few weeks I reflected a lot about the world and my life, not in a dramatic way. But in a curious way. This process of reflection allows one to see things from different perspectives.

And while some of the world events may seem to escalate, I dared myself to see them from completely different perspectives I hadn’t seen yet.

It was no longer a question of right or wrong. It was no longer a question of blaming politicians or any system in the world. It was rather about coming to terms that what’s happening in the world is a reflection of our internal worlds.

What we see in politics is a reflection of how we act—often unconsciously—in daily life. This is not about blaming specific individuals. And sure, some people out there may have bad intentions, but let’s be honest:

But there’s one key element that stands out:

Who can say they're truly at peace with themselves and others?

I’m not talking about heroism and who's best. No.

What we see arising is our shadows.
  • to think in terms of nations and nationalities instead of one world sitting in one boat. We often think in terms of “us” (our culture) vs. them (their culture).
  • We judge if someone isn’t our opinion, religion, or ritual. Again, we think in terms of “them” and “us” as two separate entities.
  • We think in terms of right or wrong. Taking in two different sides. This behavior happens in workplaces, marriages, in our families, or even with our neighbors.
It creates one thing: separation.

And that’s exactly what we see on a global scale. In many individual lives, this attitude and consciousness are reflected, and it is not about blaming anyone. This attitude and consciousness are now reflected and mirrored back to us on a global scale. One nation is leading a war against another.

Half of the world hopes the politicians will find some way to ease the situation. But I don’t believe that’s the deeper way of solving this conflict. A politician ending a war is like treating the symptom of this problem, not the root cause. So the broader way to solve this conflict in my personal view is not on a political level. It starts within each one of us. The more we do it, the more successful we will be.
To ask ourselves

  • Where am I not at peace with myself?
  • Where do I still judge others?
  • Where do I still act out of separation rather than oneness?
  • Where do I still need to be right? In what areas do I still feel the need to assert my correctness?

and be in a win-lose dogma without realizing if someone loses, we all lose, as in the end, we’re one world. One Earth. One Gaia consciousness. Just embodying different aspects and facets, just like a piece of a puzzle can have many different colors and shapes. Those are the subconscious blocks that manifest into the physical reality.

A red piece of a puzzle probably wouldn't fit a gray one, but that's okay. It’s ok to be different. It’s ok to have different views and ways of approaching life.
However, they can coexist. They don’t need to dominate one another. They don’t need to be “right” or feel “superior” or claim this the ultimate truth.

They can coexist.

And that’s the beauty of what we’re waking up to. That many different nations. Nationalities and customs can co-exist.

We don’t need to separate or fight each other just because we’re different. We can quite literally unite in our differences while respecting another one’s faith, ritual, or opinion without trying to fight them or attack them. And if we manage that on an individual level, our lives start to change. It’s where the inner alchemy starts. There’s no more fighting. There is rather a sense of "That's me."
I assert my individuality, my distinct viewpoints, and my unique perspective. And this is why I felt like sharing. Usually, I avoid politics and keep my opinions to myself.

But today I felt the inner call. I’m not claiming my perspective here as the ultimate truth. It’s simply my perspective and my view that I claim and allow myself to have. And so I ask you: what’s your perspective? How do you see the world beyond what you hear in the news?

Challenge your beliefs. Challenge your consciousness. That’s how we grow. We grow not only on an individual level but also on a global one.

If you ask me, we’re on the verge of a global revolution. But we don’t transform systems by hoping they break or that a politician finally does something. That leaves us trapped in our victim consciousness. We transform them by transforming ourselves. When my neighbor is my friend, or when the person who thinks so differently is no longer my rival, there's space. Space for new ideas. Space to act anew. I need this space to embrace my true self.
I no longer vent about who’s right or wrong; I allow myself to grow beyond the concept of right or wrong, of simply a way of expressing human consciousness. My behavior and views, as well as yours, can have ripple effects on other people. And one day we realize it was never about politics.

It was about us. Claiming our perspectives. Questioning our identities. Facing our own shadows. We should not blindly follow a dogma or rely on news that may not accurately reflect our reality.

So next time you read the news and you get triggered, ask yourself: what is the news reflecting or mirroring in me? How does this challenge my perspective, or can I embrace a new perspective about this situation?

Because the politicians' behavior of being right or wrong is often really just our own reflection in our personal lives. We’re often similar. We all carry pretty much the same shadows within us. And one major shadow a lot of us carry deep within us on a cellular level is the idea of separation.

If I feel separate from the others, I need to fight. I need to compete. I need to win. When I perceive myself as a part of a larger entity where we are all united, I no longer feel the need to compete. I don’t need to fight anymore. Imagine more and more people start doing this.

Therefore, never underestimate your power as an individual (while the world is changing and challenges may play out on individual and global levels). True change doesn’t start in politics. It starts with us. In other words, you are a crucial piece of the puzzle. Right now, the world may need your uniqueness, perspectives, views, or anything you wish to share.

And so I dare to stand up for my views. I am taking the risk of making this public and sharing my unique perspectives on it. You don’t have to agree. If you don’t agree, then simply close this page. This content is for the ones who are open and like to challenge their own consciousness and their own way of seeing things. This is the free will we have. This is the moment we take manifestation to a new level. It’s not so much about individual pursuits only.
*My* well-being, *my* house, *my* money.

It’s more like a: How can we shape this world together? As a tribe? As a community? It’s about adding to one another, not outperforming one another, because we couldn’t build or co-create alone.
