From the corporate world to writing children books

What it taught me about finding your purpose

A couple of years ago I left the corporate world. There was a little voice telling me “you gonna quit.” And so eventually, I did.

Trusting my intuition was not always easy. At the beginning there was doubt, a bit of fear and worry if it was truly working out but deep down I knew another way was waiting for me.

And so I learned a lot about the inner work, manifestation and living your purpose. As I went through it all myself. At the beginning, I had little idea what my purpose was or where it would take me.

What I did was I followed my joy and passion. It took me to writing children books eventually. And adult comics. Never ever would I have imagined writing comic books. Yet, I discovered so many new aspects and potentials within me I didn’t know existed within. They were dormant. I mean I was in my old job. How should those dormant talents have come alive back then when you always do the same things?

Today I write books. They combine wisdom and my interest about the cosmos together with a sense of humor and charm. I love writing. I always have. Writing comes so natural to me I don’t even have to think about it. I allow my heart to guide me.

I believe there is a higher force within each one of us. There’s this feeling or little voice that we all have access to when we quiet the mind. It’s the voice that guides us. It’s the voice that lets us know when something is off. It’s often just a matter of listening.

The world is in trouble. It’s full of judgment, competition, power games, wars. And I believe you can’t blame the politicians or ancestors. That’s the easy one. The harder one is this: it depends on us. If each one of us questions their beliefs and takes responsibility for their actions the world would look differently.

It’s the path to true sovereignty and inner freedom. The moment you choose yourself. The moment you choose not to follow or blame others but the moment you take charge of your life. The moment you choose to opt for more, to discover more and to be curious about more rather than just surviving, paying the bills.

So I encourage people to discover their own purpose and gifts. Do more of what you love.

And for now, if you feel drawn to, today I'm launching my first children's book about the big bear. If you feel drawn to a cute children's story that is totally touching for adults too, check it out.

If not, I encourage you to follow your interest and joy this weekend. What is something that lights you up? Whether it's writing, drawing, fishing, swimming, do it. You never know where this hobby, passion or field of interest can take you one day.

If you became curious, check it out. It's called "Friendship knows no boundaries"
